In 2022, I made this a priority for COOKINA as well by offering private medical services to ALL our employees, with Club Camu.
We also made the decision to close our offices during the holidays to make sure that our entire team was able to rest well and to spend more time with their families. It’s been 2 weeks since our return to work and we already feel the rewed energy of the entire team! Best decision we made, hands down.
We’ve always prided ourselves on being conscious of our team’s needs, by make sure they take the time they need with flex hours, days off for birthdays, illness and unfortunately, some to take time to mourn a loss.
I encourage you to do the same and take the pulse of the mental health of your employees and their families, the results can only be positive for your company.”
