Care and use

• Wash before use with warm soapy water
• Cut to desired size; one mat is perfectly designed to fit one pan, or you can cut it to the size of the pan or the mold you are using
• To prolong its life, we recommend not using metal utensils
  
• Do not place in direct contact with flames, burners or heating elements
• Remove from the oven before using the self-cleaning cycle
