Grilled Sesame Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:

¾ lb. skirt steak, cut in strips
1 lb. broccoli florets or broccolini cut into 1-inch pieces
½ red pepper, sliced into long strips
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 Tblsp. vegetable oil
1 Tblsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
½ tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Oil for stir frying

Directions:

Place your COOKINA BBQ sheet on your pre-heated gas or charcoal grill and allow to heat.

In a medium bowl mix steaks with broccoli, red peppers, ginger and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper and add to heated COOKINA BBQ sheet. Allow to brown for a couple of minutes and using tongs mix. Cook until thoroughly cooked, about 3-4 more minutes. Drizzle soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Remove from cooking sheet onto a plate and serve.

Yields 2-4 servings
